PIERS Morgan prepared to evacuate his £4.2million LA mansion today as deadly wildfires raged nearby.
The GMB host, 54, took to Instagram to reveal he had received emergency alerts to leave his home as the bush fire edges closer.

Sharing the messages, he told fans: “Yikes. Rather discomforting msgs to wake up to.. the Getty museum is just 3 miles away.
“These fires are horrific, hard to explain to people back home how big and savage they get here in California, and how fast the changing winds can take them in completely different directions.”
The bush fire is threatening some of Los Angeles’ most affluent neighbourhoods.
The fire broke out along the 405 Freeway near the Getty Center at around 2am (local time) on Monday and is spreading to the south and west.

The cause of the fire is not yet known.
The Getty Center is located in the Brentwood neighbourhood of Los Angeles and houses a vast collection of paintings and sculptures, including Vincent Van Gogh’s famous Irises and Paul Gaugin’s Arii Matamoe.
A mandatory evacuation zone covering 400 acres and 3,300 homes has been imposed with the zone stretching from Mulholland Drive in the north and Sunset Boulevard in the south.

Piers is currently enjoying a break in his jaw-dropping five bed, five bathroom property.
He regularly goes to the family home with wife Celia Walden, sons Spencer, Albert and Stanley and daughter Elise when he’s not hosting Good Morning Britain and it’s not hard to see why.
The sprawling estate’s garden is loaded with celebrity touches, including a sprawling swimming pool and an outdoor bar.
There is also a fully stocked indoor bar where Piers – who’s worth an estimated £13 million – can entertain his celeb pals.
