DANNY Dyer’s mum has asked him to kill her if she gets dementia.
According to the Mirror, Christina – who is mum to the EastEnders actor, Kayleigh and Tony, said: “[It’s] such a cruel condition.
“My mother-in-law has vascular dementia. I have told my kids to put a pillow over my face if it happens to me.
“I am petrified that somewhere inside, you know what’s happening.”
She also shared a poem called When I Wander and said: “Oh my god! This is wonderful. It could be describing my mother-in-law’s long journey into dementia. F*** dementia.”
Vascular dementia is the second most common type of dementia in the UK after Alzheimer’s disease, where the brain is damaged due to a lack of blood flow.

If the vascular system within the brain becomes damaged – so that the blood vessels leak or become blocked – then blood cannot reach the brain cells and they will eventually die.
This death of brain cells can cause problems with memory, thinking or reasoning, and when these cognitive problems are bad enough to impact on daily life, it is known as vascular dementia.
Meanwhile Danny, who is very close to his mum, has set his set his sight on stealing Ant and Dec’s crown to become the King of Saturday night TV.
The star’s new BBC gameshow The Wall will go head to head with the X Factor: Celebrity in the ratings war and Danny is relishing establishing himself as a host.
Danny, 42, appeared on The One Show to promote the series and host Patrick Kielty said to him: “We love that you’re bringing a bit of danger to Saturday night. Ant and Dec are going to be worried.”
The Mick Carter actor replied: “I think they’ve had a good run, but there’s a new geezer in town.”
