THE best pal of tragic singer Whitney Houston has claimed they were in a sexual relationship.
Robyn Crawford met the star, then 16, at a 1980 summer camp and said they were “in love”.

In her book, A Song For You: My Life with Whitney Houston, Robyn writes: “We never talked about labels, like lesbian or gay. We just lived our lives and I hoped it could go on that way forever.”
Their sexual relationship ended in 1982 when Whitney started getting recognised, she claimed.
Robyn added: “She said if people find out they would use this against us, and back in the 80s that’s how it felt.”
Robyn also warned her against marrying Bobby Brown. Whitney died in 2012 at 48 after drowning due to heart disease.
