DEAR DEIDRE: MY dad has been arrested for allegedly uploading an indecent photo of a girl to the internet.
I know he watches porn, as I’ve seen it on his laptop’s history, but it has really shocked me that he could have potentially done something like this.
Mum is understandably horrified. I’m a 20-year-old girl. I have a 15-year-old brother who knows nothing about this and I’ve been sworn to secrecy.
I don’t want to believe Dad’s done anything but part of me thinks he has.
If he goes to prison, we will have to move and I doubt I’ll want anything more to do with him. But he’s my dad and I do love him.
DEIDRE SAYS: Of course you love him, that’s natural. But if he’s guilty you will see him differently and that will take coming to terms with.
