A FAMOUS Irish sports star has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Dublin on Friday night.
Gardai are investigating the alleged offence, which is reported to have occurred near a pub in the capital on Friday night.

Cops say no arrests have been made.
A Garda spokesman confirmed: “Gardai in Crumlin are investigating an alleged sexual assault of a woman that occurred, Friday 11th October, 2019 at approximately 9pm on Drimnagh Road, Dublin 12.
“Investigations are ongoing and no arrests have been made at this time. Owing to the nature of the investigation we will not be commenting further at this time.”
The sports star is also being investigated on a separate rape allegation.
The alleged victim, in her 20s, was allegedly attacked in Dublin in December after a night out with pals.
The alleged perpetrator — who she knows — was also out with mates in the capital.
The woman was later brought to the Sexual Assault Treatment Unit at the Rotunda Hospital.
While an initial complaint was made in December, it’s believed she did not make a statement until January.
