A PEDESTRIAN has been rushed to hospital after he was hit by a vehicle in north Dublin this evening.
The man in his 20s was involved in a crash on the Coast Road in Malahide at around 6pm.

It is understood the man stepped out into the path of a passing vehicle.
He was taken to Beaumont hospital and emergency services attended the scene.
The man’s injuries are not reported to be life threatening.
A garda spokesman said: “Gardaí attended a Road traffic collision on the Coast Rd, Malahide Co Dublin today November 20, 2019 at approximately 6pm.
“A pedestrian allegedly stepped out in the path of a passing vehicle.
“The injured party, a man in his 20s was taken to Beaumont Hospital with non life threatening injuries.”
