AN investigation is underway today after a man died in a ‘fatal accident’ in a Co Monaghan workplace.
The Health and Safety Authority has confirmed it is investigating the incident in Castleblayney.
It is understood the incident occurred around 2pm.
The deceased is a man in his 30s who was living locally.
The Gardai have confirmed they will be assisting the HSA.
